As announced by Make Wellston Beautiful on Friday, May 22nd, 2020, the Spring Baseball/Softball/T-Ball Rec Season has been canceled due to many factors surrounding COVID-19.
Families may elect to receive a refund, hold-over fees to the next season, or donate their fees as we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization investing 100% of all donations into our programs.
Please note the following:
- All refund checks will be mailed.
- Refunds will only be given to those who paid for the sport.
- Refunds will be awarded in the order requests are submitted.
- No players who requested a fee waiver will receive a refund.
In order to proceed in an organized fashion, we are asking all families to please do one of the following two options:
1. Send the Make Wellston Beautiful page a private Facebook message.
We would like for all participant families to send us a private Facebook message to give us directions for how to proceed with your registration.
Please include the following in your private message:
- Your (Parent/Registrant) Name
- Player Name(s)
- Player Sport(s)
- Valid mailing address
- Valid phone number
- Your preference of refund, hold-over, or donation.
If you cannot send a Facebook message, you may also:

If you cannot send a Facebook message, you may also e-mail us to guide us as to how to process your registration. Please address your email to makewellstonbeautiful@hotmail.com.
