Multi-Sport Discount Note: If your child wants to play more than one sport they will need to sign up as siblings on the same form to get the multi-sport discount. For example, if Billy Jones wants to play soccer and baseball, name one registration Billy Soccer Jones, and the other registration Billy Baseball Jones. If you have questions, feel free to message our page.
Hold-Over Note: If you elected to hold your fees over from last year, you may fill out the form online. Please Skip through the payment fields. You will be able to click submit without paying. All you need to do is submit the form, we will take care of the rest. If this is not possible, please stay tuned for the in-person signup date. Thank you.
