We are very excited to kick off another season of MWB Spring Sports this Saturday, April 30th. Everyone is invited to stop out to the Rt. 327 Ball Fields to celebrate our community’s young people.
A few reminders:
- Parade line-up takes place at 10:00 am at the Pants Factory lot on E. 2nd Street, across from The Depot.
- The parade steps off at 10:30 am. The route is Ohio Ave., to Broadway, to Minnesota Ave. (Rt. 327).
- After the parade, all players will line up for the Opening Ceremony. Each and every player and team will be announced! Players stick around until after the first pitch.
- At the conclusion of the ceremony, the first pitch ball will descend approximately 10,000 feet. (You have to be there to see it!) This year’s first pitch be thrown by our resident skydiver, Mr. Scott Adams.
- Games start at Noon and will take place all day. The list of first games is available on our Facebook and website.
